Mr Datsyuk said it will take 8mins to get to underground station from the house I had viewing. To be honest, I didnt believe that because before other agents were telling me it’s 5mins although it was 15mins. I knew that after I lived there. So for this time, to make it sure, I looked at my watch while I was walking alone to the station. And it was exactly 8mins! Thanks, you are very honest :)
